To add a favorite, select a contact from the contacts tab or by searching for a contact in the search bar. Right-click the contact name and select Set as Favorite. Note, a user needs to be added to your contact list before they can be made a favorite.
To remove contacts as favorites, follow the same steps above but select Remove from Favorites.
