New to the world of Unified Communications? Rest easy, it’s much easier than it sounds. We’re here to walk you through everything step-by-step.

Navigating UC7 is simple. The left navigation bar contains links to key shortcuts:

The Header Area displays your profile picture, the search bar, the My Room button and the + button. We’ll walk through each option one-by-one.

You can search through the history of your conversations to find messages, spaces, contacts, calls, or files.

In your messages, you can use a filter to find the messages that matter most to you, such as unread spaces, direct messages, or messages where someone has @mentioned you.

UC7 is available for your computer, mobile and tablet devices. Install it on multiple devices and switch between them hassle-free because the app automatically knows which device you're using. Your content stays in sync because everything is stored in the cloud.
